Setup

How do I connect Grok Bot to Linkedcamp?

To connect Grok Bot to Linkedcamp, ask your bot to add the MCP server https://mcp.linkedcamp.com/mcp, then sign in with your Linkedcamp API key when it asks. From your next message, Grok Bot can build campaigns, check results and draft replies, and Linkedcamp asks before anything destructive.

What you need

  • A paid Linkedcamp plan and your Linkedcamp API key from Settings → Integrations → API.
  • A Grok Bot account.
  • On a Cursor team, your admin must allow the Linkedcamp server (teams can restrict apps and set an MCP server allowlist).
  1. 01

    Ask your bot

In a Grok Bot chat, send: Add this MCP server: https://mcp.linkedcamp.com/mcp
  2. 02

    Let it set up

Grok Bot confirms the server and sets it up.
  3. 03

When Grok Bot asks you to sign in, finish the Linkedcamp sign-in in your browser: paste your API key on Linkedcamp's page and pick an access level.
  4. 04

    Ask a first question

For example: "Who am I connected as in Linkedcamp?" Tools are available from the next message.

Never paste your API key into the chat. You only enter it on Linkedcamp's own sign-in page.

What should I ask Grok Bot?

Start with a read-only question so you can see what the bot reads, then ask for a draft. Each prompt below can be copied straight into a Grok Bot chat.

Copy a prompt
  • Who am I connected as, and what can this key do?
  • List my active campaigns with acceptance and reply rates for the last 30 days.
  • Show unread replies across my campaigns and draft a reply to the three most recent positive ones. Don't send.
  • Create a draft campaign called Q1 Agency Founders, add an AI-generated 3-step LinkedIn sequence, and show me the readiness check before anything launches.
  • Check the health of my LinkedIn sending accounts: anything paused, invalid or at its weekly limit?

Safety

Safety and approvals

  • Destructive tools (28 of 133) always ask for your confirmation first. Sending a message is a destructive tool: your assistant must ask, and you must confirm, every time.
  • You choose the access level when you sign in on Linkedcamp's page: Read only (64 tools), Read and write (105) or Full access (133, pre-selected).
  • Never available over MCP: billing, agency admin and impersonation, white-label settings, team invites and roles, stored credentials, connecting a LinkedIn account or entering PINs, CRM setup and API key rotation.

Is Linkedcamp in Grok Bot's app list?

You add it as a custom MCP server by asking your bot; it takes one message.

Does Grok Bot see my API key?

No. You sign in on Linkedcamp's page, so the key never goes into the chat.

Can an agency use one connection for every client?

Yes. Sign in with your agency owner key, and Grok Bot can list your client sub-accounts and work inside the one you name.

Which Linkedcamp plan do I need?

MCP access is included on paid Linkedcamp plans. See pricing for what each plan includes.
