Use LinkedCamp from Claude Code

Last updated:

Register LinkedCamp's remote MCP server from the terminal, authenticate with an X-Api-Key header, and work on campaigns and reports without leaving your editor.

Register the server
$ claude mcp add --transport http linkedcamp https://mcp.linkedcamp.com/mcp \  --header "X-Api-Key: YOUR_API_KEY"
✓ linkedcamp · Streamable HTTP · 133 tools
Replace YOUR_API_KEY with your own key. Never commit it.

Setup

How do I add LinkedCamp to Claude Code?

Run claude mcp add with the HTTP transport, the name linkedcamp, the endpoint https://mcp.linkedcamp.com/mcp and an X-Api-Key header holding your LinkedCamp API key. Then run claude mcp list to check that it registered. Config-file clients like Claude Code send the key as a header on every request instead of a browser sign-in.

What do GTM engineers use it for?

Scripted weekly reports, bulk campaign drafts and quick account checks from the same terminal you build in. Claude Code can load prospects from parsed CSV rows into a draft campaign, pull analytics for a report, and draft sequences you review before anything launches.

Copy a prompt
  • Give me a week-over-week summary across all campaigns.
  • Create a draft campaign for CTOs in fintech and show me the sequence before launching.
  • Show each sending account's daily limit, today's usage and any warnings.

How do I keep the API key safe?

Treat the key like a password: it acts as you, and anyone who has it can launch campaigns and send messages from your account. Keep it out of shared repositories and any config you commit. If it leaks, rotate it in LinkedCamp under Settings → Integrations → API; the old key stops working immediately.

Does Claude Code use the browser sign-in?

No. Claude Code is a config-file client, so it sends your LinkedCamp API key in an X-Api-Key header on every request. The Claude web and desktop connector uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE instead, where you paste the key once on LinkedCamp's sign-in page.

Can I use my agency owner key in Claude Code?

Yes. With an agency owner key, the assistant can call subaccount_list and pass a client's id to the seven tools that accept one. The server only accepts ids inside your own agency.

Which LinkedCamp plan do I need?

Any plan. Turbo, Pro and Agency all include the MCP server.
