Client reporting for lead gen agencies

Client reports for every account, from one question

Ask your AI assistant for each client's results, or open daily reporting per client account. Drafts arrive in your format; you check them and send them under your brand.

Reporting

How do lead gen agencies report LinkedIn results to clients?

Most send a weekly or monthly report per client: invitations, acceptance rate, replies, reply rate, interested leads and meetings booked. With LinkedCamp, ChatGPT or Claude, connected with your owner key, can pull each client's campaign analytics, daily reporting and meetings booked by the Appointment Agent, then draft the report for you to review.

  • Which client accounts had a LinkedIn session or mailbox problem this week?
  • Compare [CLIENT]'s reply rate this month with last month and suggest one change to test.

White-label

Can clients see their own dashboard?

Yes. Under white-label, clients log in to their own sub-account on your domain and see your logo, colours and prices, never LinkedCamp's. Give a client user the Viewer role and they can see their results without changing campaigns; Admin and Manager are the other two roles. Many agencies send a written report as well, because it explains what changed and why.

Isolation

Is client data kept separate?

Yes. Each client is its own sub-account, and the owner key can only reach sub-accounts in your agency. The MCP server checks every sub-account id on the server, so a prompt can't pull one client's data into another client's account by mistake. Reports draw only on the client you name.

FAQ

Client reporting questions

Does LinkedCamp track meetings booked?

Yes, when the Appointment Agent books them. The agent offers times from the client's Calendly and LinkedCamp records each booking it makes. Meetings booked outside LinkedCamp, for example by your SDRs over email or phone, aren't tracked, so add those from your own calendar or CRM when you report to clients.

Can I report on email and LinkedIn together?

Yes. LinkedIn and email steps run in the same campaign, so campaign analytics cover both channels.

Ask for this week's client reports.
