Agentic LinkedIn automation
Tell your AI assistant what you want. It builds the audience, drafts the sequence and shows you the plan. You approve, and LinkedCamp runs it on a dedicated IP within conservative limits.
Create a draft campaign for heads of RevOps at 50–200 person SaaS companies in the UK. Don't launch it.
Audience
Heads of RevOps · SaaS · 50–200 employees · UK
- 1Invite · Short connect note, under 200 characters
- 2Message · Follow-up 2 days after acceptance
- 3Email · Fallback if no reply after 5 days
Definition
What is agentic LinkedIn automation?
Agentic LinkedIn automation is outreach that an AI agent operates for you. Instead of clicking through a campaign builder, you tell an assistant like ChatGPT or Claude what you want. It uses a tool's MCP server to build the audience, write the sequence, ask for approval, launch, and report results.

How is it different from regular LinkedIn automation?
Regular automation runs steps you set up by hand: you build the list, write the messages and read the dashboards. Agentic automation hands that setup and analysis to an AI assistant, while the sending engine, limits and dedicated IP stay the same. You move from operating software to reviewing work.
| Criteria | Regular LinkedIn automation | Agentic LinkedIn automation (LinkedCamp) |
|---|---|---|
| Who builds the campaign | You, in the app | Your AI assistant, from a plain-language brief |
| Where you work | The tool's dashboard | ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or another MCP client |
| Reporting | You open dashboards | You ask a question and get an answer |
| Replies | You read every thread | Built-in agents handle first replies; assistant summarises the rest |
| Launch control | Click "start" | Assistant shows audience + steps; launches only after you confirm |
| Safety layer | Tool's limits | Same: dedicated IP, smart limits, warm-up |
In LinkedCamp
What can an AI assistant actually do in LinkedCamp?
Through LinkedCamp's MCP server, an assistant can create campaign drafts, turn an ICP into LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search criteria, write LinkedIn and email sequences, check account health and limits, pull analytics, and triage the inbox. Launches require your confirmation. Sending a message is a destructive tool: your assistant must ask, and you must confirm, every time.
| Job | Example prompt |
|---|---|
| Build a campaign | “Create a draft campaign for heads of RevOps at 50–200 person SaaS companies in the UK. Don't launch it.” |
| Write a sequence | “Write a 3-step LinkedIn + email sequence for that audience. Keep the invite note under 200 characters.” |
| Check safety | “Show each sending account's daily limit, today's usage and any warnings.” |
| Report | “Which campaign had the best reply rate last week, and why?” |
| Inbox | “Summarise unread replies and flag anyone asking for a meeting.” |
| Agency | “For every client account, list the meetings the Appointment Agent booked this month.” |

Clients
Which AI assistants work with LinkedCamp?
ChatGPT works through the published LinkedCamp plugin. Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Zed, Gemini, Grok, Hermes, OpenClaw, Grok Bot and Muse can connect to the same remote server, mcp.linkedcamp.com/mcp, over Streamable HTTP. Support depends on each client's plan and settings, so check whether yours allows remote MCP servers.
Safety
Is it safe to let an AI agent run LinkedIn outreach?
It's as safe as the tool underneath and the controls around it. In LinkedCamp the assistant can't bypass limits: sends still go through a dedicated IP, smart limits and warm-up. Launches and changes to live sequences need your explicit confirmation, and revoking access is one API-key rotation. LinkedIn still prohibits automation, so some risk remains.
Agents and MCP
What are LinkedCamp's built-in AI agents, and how do they relate to MCP?
They solve different problems. Built-in agents (Appointment, Reply and Lead Qualifier) work inside LinkedCamp on every reply, around the clock, using your own AI key. MCP lets an outside assistant, like ChatGPT or Claude, operate your whole account on request. Most teams use both: agents handle conversations, and the assistant handles setup and reporting.

Lead gen agencies
How do agencies use agentic automation?
Agencies connect one assistant with the owner API key and work across every client sub-account: weekly reports, health checks, cloning a winning agent to a new client. That turns hours of dashboard work per client into a few prompts. The server only accepts client ids inside your own agency.

How do I start?
Start a 14-day free trial with no card, connect a LinkedIn account so warm-up begins, then connect your AI assistant and ask what it can do in LinkedCamp. Make your first request a draft campaign: the assistant shows you the audience and steps, and nothing launches until you approve it.
