Best LinkedIn Automation for Agencies in 2026
Per-client P&L teardown at 5, 20 and 50 accounts across HeyReach, Expandi, Salesflow, Zopto and LinkedCamp, with vendor concentration risk priced in.
By Brian9 min read

TL;DR
- Per-seat pricing (Expandi $99, Zopto $149) breaks around 10–13 accounts. Flat bundles (HeyReach, Salesflow Pro+, LinkedCamp) are the only sane option past 20 clients.
- HeyReach's own 50-seat Agency tier climbed from $749 to $1,399/month between January and July 2026, price any 24-month agency contract on the current rate card.
- Vendor concentration risk became real in March 2026 when LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page. The software kept running but reseller-brand strategies now carry drag.
- White-label with Stripe Connect client billing (own domain, no vendor branding, no platform fee) is the operational detail that separates agency-ready tools from "agency plans."
- For 20–50 client agencies renewing this quarter, the honest shortlist narrows to HeyReach (if vendor concentration is tolerable), Salesflow Agency (if annual commit is tolerable), or LinkedCamp (flat bundles, with Stripe Connect on the Agency plan and Scale).

On March 25, 2026, LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and restricted its CEO, CTO, CRO and CMO profiles. The software kept running. But the invoice question for every agency running a Q4 renewal review changed overnight. When the vendor's own brand gets taken down, what exactly am I paying for per client, and what's the concentration risk I'm absorbing?
This post is a per-client P&L teardown, not another "best for agencies" roundup. The SERP already has nine of those. What's missing is the gross-margin math at 5, 20 and 50 client accounts across the five tools agency ops leads actually shortlist in Q4-Q1. HeyReach, Expandi, Salesflow, Zopto and LinkedCamp, with proxies, email infra, enrichment and inbox labor priced in.
If you're evaluating the best linkedin automation for agencies heading into a 2026 contract cycle, the question is no longer "which tool has the best feature list." It's. At what client count does per-seat pricing break, which vendor can you bill clients through without rebuilding your stack, and what happens on day one if your tool is the next page LinkedIn pulls?
The Per-Client P&L at 5, 20 and 50 Accounts
Here's what one client account actually costs to service each month on each platform, with the hidden line items most comparison posts omit (proxies, email, inbox labor time, Sales Navigator pass-through).
5 clients (one LinkedIn account each).
| Tool | Platform | Proxy | Email infra | Per-client total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyReach Growth | $79/sender | included | $20 BYO | ~$99 |
| Expandi Business | $99/seat | included | $20 BYO | ~$119 |
| Salesflow Basic | $99/seat | included | $20 BYO | ~$119 |
| Zopto (Zeekeo) DIY | $149/seat | included | $20 BYO | ~$169 |
| LinkedCamp Agency | $99 + $69/client | included | $20 BYO | ~$109 |
Expandi's one Business plan is $99/month per seat on monthly billing, $79 annual. HeyReach's Growth plan is $79/month per LinkedIn sender. The Agency plan is $999/month for 25 senders or $1,399/month for 50, and pricing on that bundle has moved significantly in 2026 (more below). Salesflow prices per seat starting at $99 for a single user, dropping to $70/seat at 5 seats, $39.95 at 20, $29.98 at 50, and $24.99 at 100, the lower tiers require annual commitment billed monthly. Zopto, now Zeekeo, lists its DIY plan at $149 per seat a month, with volume discounts it doesn't publish.
20 clients.
| Tool | Monthly spend | Per client |
|---|---|---|
| HeyReach Agency | $999 (25 senders) | $50 |
| Expandi | $1,980 ($99 × 20) or volume quote | $99+ |
| Salesflow Pro (20+) | $799 | $40 |
| Zopto (Zeekeo) DIY | $2,980 ($149 × 20, before volume discounts) | $149 |
| LinkedCamp Starter bundle | $499 flat (10–20 clients) | $25–$50 |
50 clients.
| Tool | Monthly spend | Per client |
|---|---|---|
| HeyReach Agency | $1,399 (50 senders) | ~$28 |
| Expandi | ~$5,000+ (volume) | ~$100 |
| Salesflow Agency (50+) | $1,499 annual commit | $29.98 |
| Zopto (Zeekeo) DIY | $7,450 ($149 × 50, before volume discounts) | $149 |
| LinkedCamp Growth bundle | $899 flat (up to 50 clients) | ~$18 |
Two tools make the per-client economics work at 20+. HeyReach and LinkedCamp use flat bundles. Salesflow gets there if you commit annual. Expandi and Zopto are per-seat all the way up, which is why their per-client cost stays flat as you add volume, the opposite of what you want when you're trying to grow margin per client.

Vendor Concentration Risk, The Column Nobody Priced Until March
For years, "vendor risk" in this category meant. Will my tool get my client's LinkedIn account restricted? The March 2026 HeyReach takedown added a new column. Will my tool's own brand get taken down, and what happens to my agency's go-to-market if it does?
In March 2026 LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page (around 16,400 followers) and the founders' and executives' personal profiles, while the software kept running for paying customers. LinkedIn had done the same to Apollo.io and Seamless.ai company pages in March 2025. That's two March enforcement waves in two years against the loudest brands in the category.
The software kept running. The LinkedIn presence didn't. For an agency reselling the tool, that's a Day 0 decision. Can you still demo this in a prospect conversation when your vendor can't post on the platform you're automating?
The practical risk for agencies isn't "HeyReach shuts down tomorrow." By HeyReach's own account they added $18K MRR in the two days following the takedown and crossed $13M ARR, the business is fine. The risk is reputational drag on vendor-forward sales motions, and the ambient signal that LinkedIn's enforcement cycle is quarterly, not annual. We covered the Q1 enforcement data separately. The short version is that flagged-tool account restrictions ran materially above baseline through Q1.
If you're whitelabeling the tool as your own product (which most agencies past 10 clients should be), vendor brand risk matters less, your clients never see the underlying logo. If you're reselling under the vendor's brand, it matters a lot.
Per-Sender Economics Past 20 Accounts (The Real Breakpoint)
The inflection point in this category is around 10–13 accounts. Below that, per-seat pricing (Expandi, Salesflow Basic, Zopto) looks competitive. Above it, flat-bundle pricing (HeyReach, LinkedCamp, Salesflow Pro+) is the only sane choice.
The math.
- At 10 accounts, Expandi costs ~$990/month. HeyReach's structure can slash costs by roughly 80% compared to per-account competitors like Expandi when comparing HeyReach's Unlimited plan to Expandi's Business tier.
- At 20 accounts, Expandi crosses $2,000/month. Salesflow Pro drops to $39.95/seat ($799/month) if you can commit the annual term.
- At 50 accounts, Zopto's per-seat DIY pricing ($149 × 50 = $7,450/month before volume discounts) is 5–8x what HeyReach, Salesflow Agency or LinkedCamp Growth cost at the same scale.
HeyReach's own pricing has moved sharply in 2026, a detail that matters for anyone pricing a 24-month agency contract. A January 2026 Reddit pricing snapshot listed HeyReach Agency at $749/month for 50 accounts and Unlimited at $1,499/month. Against the July 2026 live pricing of $1,399/month for 50 senders and $2,999/month for Unlimited, that is an 86.8% increase on the 50-seat agency path and a 100% increase on Unlimited in roughly six months. Price your contract on today's rate card, not last year's reviews.
For LinkedCamp, the bundle math is. $499 flat for 10–20 clients (Starter), $899 for up to 50 (Growth), $1,999 for 51+ (Scale). That's $18–$50 per client at scale, with a 30-day money-back guarantee on bundles.
White-Label Depth and Per-Client Billing
This is where the shortlist narrows fastest. "White label" means different things to different vendors.
Surface-level white label (most tools). Your logo in the dashboard, maybe a custom subdomain. The vendor still handles billing to your clients, or you bill through your own invoicing and the client never sees the tool.
Deep white label. Your own domain, your branding end-to-end, no vendor branding anywhere, and, critically, client billing through your own payment infrastructure. For most agencies this means Stripe Connect so each client pays your Stripe account directly.
HeyReach includes white-label on Agency and Unlimited tiers. Expandi includes it on custom Agency contracts (10+ seats). Salesflow adds whitelabel URL customization on Pro and above. Zopto, now Zeekeo, lists white-label client dashboards. LinkedCamp's white-label (Agency plan, Growth and Scale) uses the agency's own domain, logo and colours with no LinkedCamp branding, and on the Agency plan and Scale it bills clients through Stripe Connect with no LinkedCamp fee on top.

Unified Inbox, Sender Rotation and the Account-Safety Architecture
Two architectural details separate production-ready agency tools from everything else. A working unified inbox across many sender accounts, and account-safety design that doesn't collapse under concurrent load.
Sender rotation is the single biggest point of confusion. HeyReach pioneered rotating one campaign across many LinkedIn senders, useful when you own all the accounts and want to spread load. For agencies serving external clients, sender rotation inside one campaign is often the wrong model. Each client is a distinct brand, each LinkedIn account is a distinct voice, and the compliance story is cleaner when one campaign maps to one sender. LinkedCamp campaigns send from exactly one LinkedIn account. Email steps rotate across multiple connected mailboxes.
Account safety architecture is the other axis. The 2026 enforcement environment rewards dedicated country-matched IPs over shared residential pools. Expandi has long had dedicated IPs built in. Dedicated-IP, cloud-based tools operating inside LinkedIn's behavioral limits have kept accounts clean at scale, while Chrome-extension tools and shared-IP infrastructure carry the ban risk. LinkedCamp assigns each account a country-matched dedicated IP with smart limits, warm-up and stealth mode. For a deeper architectural read, LinkedIn detection in 2026 covers the engagement-to-outreach ratio most tools miss.

Clay, Webhooks and the Integration Reality
Agencies past 20 clients live in Clay, HubSpot and n8n. The integration question isn't "does the tool have an integration?", it's "can I fire a webhook on every reply, every connection accept, every booked meeting, without paying $495/mo for Clay's CRM sync?"
All five tools in this teardown offer webhooks and Zapier. The differences are.
- Clay triggers. HeyReach has a mature Clay integration. Expandi has HTTP triggers via Clay. LinkedCamp supports webhooks on every plan with native HubSpot and Pipedrive two-way sync.
- CRM depth. HeyReach, Expandi and Salesflow all sync to HubSpot and Pipedrive. Zopto (now Zeekeo) adds Salesforce. LinkedCamp integrates with HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Snov.io, BetterContact and Dropcontact, no Salesforce.
- n8n / Make. Supported across all five via webhooks.
If your stack is Clay-forward, we have a Claygency playbook that covers the integration pattern in more detail.
The Scoring Grid (Honest, Weighted for Agencies at 20+ Clients)
| Axis | HeyReach | Expandi | Salesflow | Zopto/Zeekeo | LinkedCamp |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Per-client cost @ 20 clients | $50 | $99 | $40 | $149 | $25–$50 |
| Per-client cost @ 50 clients | $28 | $100 | $30 | $149 | $18 |
| Vendor concentration risk | High (page pulled Mar 2026) | Medium | Low | Low (rebrand mid-cycle) | Not rated |
| White-label depth | Yes (Agency+) | Yes (custom) | Yes (Pro+) | Yes (client dashboards) | Yes on Agency, Growth, Scale (own domain) |
| Client billing | External | External | External | External | Stripe Connect on Agency and Scale |
| Account safety architecture | Cloud, vendor proxies | Dedicated IP, cloud | Cloud + dedicated IP | Cloud | Country-matched dedicated IP per account |
| Clay / webhook depth | Strong | Strong | Good | Good | Native + webhooks all plans |
Two footnote axes most posts over-weight. AI message generation (every tool now has it, differentiation is low) and "unified inbox" quality (all five have one. Test it in trial).
For agencies in the 10–50 client range doing contract renewals this quarter, the honest shortlist is. HeyReach if you're already running it and the vendor-concentration story doesn't bother your clients, Salesflow Pro/Agency if you can commit annual and want the lowest headline per-seat, or LinkedCamp if you want flat bundles, with white-label on Growth and Scale and Stripe Connect billing on the Agency plan and Scale. For teams migrating off HeyReach specifically, we documented the operational pattern in the 30-day migration playbook.
How to Price the Retainer So Tool Cost Stays Under 15% of Revenue
The quick-and-dirty. At 20 clients, you want the per-client tool cost under 15% of what you charge that client monthly. For a $1,500/mo retainer, that's $225 of tooling (platform + enrichment + email infra + Sales Nav pass-through if applicable).
- Platform. $25–$149/client depending on vendor (see table above).
- Enrichment. $20–$50/client depending on volume.
- Email infra (if running multichannel). $15–$30/client with pre-warmed mailboxes.
- Sales Navigator (if client provides). $0, client pays LinkedIn direct.
At the LinkedCamp end of the range you're at $60–$90 all-in. At the Zopto end the platform alone is $149 per client before enrichment. That's the gross-margin spread that compounds across 20 or 50 clients.
